Welcome. I'm Dan. Currently a software engineer at Apple. Before that, I spent seven years working on developing meshing and geometry algorithms and software at several places. Previously, I was a grad student in aerospace engineering at the University of Michigan researching numerical methods for shockwaves.

These days I spend my free time trying to bake sourdough. Here's a recent one, 72% hydration dough, 50% white and 50% rye flour mixture. The cold proof was short, only around 9 hours.
